By purchasing a design from Lucky Girl Design Studio, you are agreeing to the following policies.

*I accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and E-Checks.

Note: If you pay by E-Check, it takes 3 to 4 business days to clear my account.  You will not be added to the schedule or receive a start by date until it clears.

*You will not be put on the design schedule or receive a start by date until payment is received in full and you have completed and submitted the design questionnaire.

*There are no refunds given at any time due to the nature of my work.

*If for some reason you delete your design, you will be charged the percentage it took to install the design.  {Example: If it took 30% of my time to design your blog or website, and 70% of my time was used to install, then you would receive a 30% discount off the original price}.

*While your design is being created, it is very important that you check your email frequently.  This will help prevent delays.  The turn around time is usually between 1 to 3 days depending on how quickly you respond to my emails.

*I put my design credits at the bottom of every design and my button on the sidebar.  These are not to be removed at any time.  I can place the button anywhere you would like.

*If I have not received a response from you in 3 consecutive days, you will be placed at the bottom of the design schedule.  If you are going to be on vacation or away from the computer, please let me know.

*If I have not heard from you in 3 weeks from my last e-mail, you will be removed from the design schedule completely and you will forfeit your payment.

*I allow 1 major revision for your design at no cost. {Changing the whole design}.  After that, a $40.00 fee will be charged.  There are no changes allowed after installation.  If changes are requested after installation, you will be charged the fee of the design element.

*Please be specific and detailed in your design questionnaire.  This will cut down on revisions.

*Your tenative start date will be given to you in our consultation and will be confirmed after your payment and design questionnaire have been received.  Please note that start dates are given on a first come, first serve basis.
